1. Introduction

Welcome to the Statville Premier League (SPL) Hub. By accessing or using our website, database, and minigames, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. User Accounts & Termination

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased in compliance with applicable EU regulations.

3. SPL Fantasy & Ecosystem Rules

By participating in the SPL ecosystem, you agree to the following strict constraints:

• Roster Locks: You may not buy, sell, or swap players, nor change your Captain, during active Matchweeks.
• Eligible Matches: Only official "League Matches" count toward Fantasy Points. Friendlies, Cups, or Exhibitions will not yield fantasy points.
• Fair Play: Exploitation of bugs, multiple account creation (smurfing), or manipulating match results to boost stats will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

4. League Governance

The SPL Administration reserves the right to modify player stats, fantasy prices, team budgets, and account privileges at their sole discretion to maintain the balance and integrity of the league. Decisions made by the Administration are final.
